Help with "Remove the following redirect chain" recommendation

  • This is one of the redirects that were identified, which I am a bit frightened by since Googling some of the words in here indicates there may be a virus? How can I eliminate the redirects?

    It may be a virus. Can you provide a link to your site where the redirect can be seen?

    can the redirect be seen just by providing the url? (newbie, sorry!)

    If not, the way I found that message I pasted above was by plugging my url in at gtmetrix.com.
