Slow and Stuck

I am using 2.0.4. When I post it moves very slow. Using IE the green bar accross the bottom gets to about 4 bars and sticks. Same in FireFox. I can click on Write at that point for another post and the previous one indeed posted. Sometimes it does make it through the whole process but it returns a page that says “this page cannot be displayed,” with the correct return page in the URL line.

Is this a bug or do I have something not set up correctly.
