Modules disabled when activating members

  • Hello,

    I encounter a problem when I activate a user.

    It seems like every time I activate a user, all my modules are disabling for some reason. I noticed that this happens when I activate the user through the Users List and not from the user profile details.

    Also, the same thing happens lately without the user activation and I can’t figure out what causes it.

    Here are the screenshots to make things clear:
    Modules On

    Any clue?
