remove H2 heading or customize it at least

This is a great plugin and I look forward to changing about 80 FAQ’s that I have on my site inline to being managed by this plugin.

I would really like to be able to “remove” the title though.
“Frequently Asked Qustion on ‘X'”
For one thing it should be “questions”
really though I would like to remove that header completely. At least give it a custom CSS and people could hide it with CSS.

I’ll be using about 20 categories and about 20 shortcodes through-out the site.
