How do I get downloaded photos to blog?

I get a choice of Download or Save, and when I click on Account, there it is, but how to I get that picture into my blog? When I click on Add Photo in dashboard, I have to scroll thru too many photos without finding the photo that is in my account, even if I search on the exact title of the photo.
