Paypal and card payments

Hi – I’m using WooCommerce (latest version) with Paypal Business Standard to accept payments via my website and it used to offer customers to option to pay be debit/credit card without having a PayPal account.
Now, it seems they are being forced to create an account upon payment and this is leading to a high incidence of customers cancelling their order at this final payment stage. Obviously not ideal!
Ideally I’d like to be able to offer payment via PayPal and other means as before.
I’ve checked the settings and am reasonably happy they’re all ok.
Anyone have a solution please?
