Admin bar gone when this pluging and one other active

If I have this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/video-gallery-wordpress-plugin-w-youtube-vimeo-/157782 and yours active, my admin bar vanishes. This happens only when there is a video in the post. Either from a shortcode from the plugin above or just the standard way of adding it.
