Chapters in permalinks

Hello all,
I have a need to include the chapters in the permalinks of ComicPress posts.
I have a main chapter and a sub chapter.
So the main chapter is called “Fidget Didget and Midget” (slug fidget-didget-midget) and the sub chapter called “concepts”.
So I want the URL to be:
https://dustyghost.com/comic/fidget-didget-midget/concepts/concept-midget/NOT:
https://dustyghost.com/comic/concept-midget/I tried to install Custom Post Type Permalinks pluggin, but this did not work with nested chapters.
Anyone know how I can do this?
