Google meta desciption not

I am facing a similar type of problem on my blog teckfreeks.com/

Since the recent chain of updates, the facebook description is not working correctly and the facebook description is being takem from the SEO meta description itself.

while sharing it via facebook,the description is coming from the meta description

I’m also having description issues with the latest update. The auto-generated description in _yoast_wpseo_metadesc is now being pulled from the contents of a share/comments [shortcode] I’m inserting “After post content” using the Code Insert Manager (Q2W3 Inc Manager) plugin. If I disable the code insert, the description auto-generates correctly.

This was never a problem before the last update. Is there something that can be done to fix this?
