How to disable feature ?POST more than two days after GET“?

This question has been asked before:
Please explain me about the rule ?POST more than two days after GET“.
Unfortunately there has been no answer.It seems that this is caused by a delay between browser-time and server-time.
Like this I would like to disable this rule.
Is there a way to do so?
If not it would be very much appreciated if a future update of the plugin would contain an option to disable this feature.
Also I would like to get an option to disable the use of cookies.Thanks in advance
