Using compressed files throws error "waypoint is not a function"

I still need to check “Always include scripts” so that it loads on old posts with comments after commenting is closed, but that’s not a big deal since they’ll be cached locally.

Forgot to mark this resolved.

@drewkime: I’ve updated the developer version. “Always include scripts” is no longer necessary to load comments asynchronously on pages where comments are closed.

At line 381 it treats asyncCommentsThreshold the same whether it’s set to 0 (always load async) or not set (disable feature).
