    Would you like to give me some explanations how to remove date & author name on single post?

    Hi,

    For removing author name from single post, please go to post.php or content.php file of your current theme, and comment the code of which have author name there , or post meta.

    Not sure which theme is using , if you can specify then I can help you out more precisely.

    I can’t see post.php at editor area. Please precise which php file and which code to change.

    Of course we talking about The Newswire theme

    Go to Appereance –> Editor –> function.php

    Find this sentence –> by </span> <span class=”author vcard”>%7$s</span>

    Delete it. Solved
