Importing Data with Geo Tag Information to Create Posts

Hi Everyone,

I want to create a WordPress site with thousands of pages containing directory listings and reviews of businesses. The business listings also contain geo tag information (both meta and microformats). I have all the data in CSV format. What is the easiest way to convert all this data into posts based on City and State? I want the geo tag information incorporated.
