    HI,
first of all, thank you for your work on this great plugin.
I’m currently using it to set up a gamified platform and it’s great!
    Here are some details:

the platform counts 7 sites (1 main, 6 sub) with WP Multisite
badgeOS is activated network wide, so is the community add-on
buddypress is activated on each site independently (cause using different features)
so is bbpress which sometimes isn’t activated at all
To begin with the plugin setup, I created 15 badges for user’s activity on the platform (login, comments, friendships, etc.). Those were created from the main site. I also created a single Badge on a subsite to make some tests.

How to display on a single site, badges earned across the whole network?

I tried activating the admin setting but it didn’t work. Are there some restrictions such as it would be possible only on BP profile (achievements tab) or is it possible via shortcode to make a page where login users can see all their earned achievements? I also tried to go in the admin member profile setting but nothing changed.

I explain: I unlocked for my profile, 15 badges on the main site + 1 on a subsite (for testing). When I go to my BP xprofile on the subsite I only see the 1 subsite badge in the achievement tab, corresponding to the one achievement type I set up, but I see nothing from the main site’s unlocked badges and I have a message saying “no [achievement type] to show for now” …

is it normal? Am I missing something?

Also, on the main site’s BP xprofile page, I just see one badge out of 15 actually unlocked…

I hope you can help me, sorry for that whole book I just wrote and sorry for my english, thank you so much in advance,
    Emilien

This one is more or less answered in my other reply. It’d take a lot of work to make BadgeOS work as one platform across a network, as it’s intended for a single set of database tables instead of the many that come with MS

    Hi Michael,
many thanks for your quick detailed answer.
From what I got using the plugin, I had more or less come to the same end (without the developer understanding you give me with your explanations ??

I think I can manage to get the results I need by rethinking a little the UI in my platform, centralizing the features I want to connect with BadgeOS on a same subsite, while others can be used without it or with a specific installation and purpose.

Anyway BadgeOS is definitely a great plugin and fits almost perfectly to what I want to do with that project, many thanks for the whole team work on that plugin and its add-ons, and again for your support,

    have a nice day,
    Emilien
