Hiding Email adresses

Great plugin!

Is there a way to hide the job posters email address? On my site I am letting regular people post jobs they need done and other users apply to do said job. That being said, I don’t want my users email addresses to be publicly visible. I also don’t want the user to get hammered by emails in there personal mailbox by pushy people even after the job is given to someone else.

Is there another avenue I could use to ensure anonymity while still allowing the ability to apply for the job?
