Success Message is not showing after using this plugin.

I installed the plugin and created a list, that worked great for my tests.
Then a deleted the competition for created à news with the same form and then it’s no working anymore. No collected (entries).
I tried to uninstall and to reinstall the plugin. I tried with an other form. Nothing works.
Please can you help me.
We are running a contest and after a few days of use (300 max entries) all of the entries disappear. This has happened several times now, to the extent that we download the csv everyday instead, has anyone else had this problem?

Hello,
When I export the entries as an csv the file is mixed up – as in when someone leaves a field blank, the csv doesn’t show this it moves the next field into that column.
Example
Name | email | phone |
Test | [email protected] | 0000
Name | 0000
Do you know of a way around this so the blank entries are exported as it is shown in the back end.

I am trying to implement this plugin for a contest that should restrict the number of entries to one per email address. When testing, I can see that if a duplicate entry is submitted it does not save in the entry list, but the form successfully submits and returns the “success” message.
Is there a way to have the submission be rejected if it is a duplicate?
Example: I submit a duplicate entry, CF7 says “Thank you for your message”, no entry saved.
Target functionality: Submit duplicate entry, CF7 rejects, no entry saved.

Just testing your competition plugin, but finding a problem when I use the CSV export.
The order of the columns mixes up – it’s as if it reads the first entry, sets the headers from that, then reads out the further entries in different orders (and it seems fairly random), making the download pretty useless for a large competition – too much manual work to re-align.
Dummy test with just 3 entries below, as you can see the postcode never appears in the right column, phone numbers move etc

]]>Hi, on the competition form there is duplicate email entries coming through but you have stated:
This plug-in does not allow multiple entries from the same email address, so you can be sure of a fair competition. However if you are not collecting an email address on your entry form, then an entry can be made multiple times.

When I try to export the entrants by CSV it comes up with a message saying this page is not working.
The plugin is also saying I have over 13,000 entrants but I can’t seem to view the entrants by page number and I have only received 8000 emails.
Would really like to use this plugin on a few sites so I hope the bugs can be fixed.

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.fluxmagazine.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=export_competition_entries&competition_id=28056&paged=1. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
This seems to happen no matter which competition I look at. Do you have any advice on how to correct?
