ppibfi_pinterest.php showing as active, other files inactive

pinterest-pin-it-button-for-images/ppibfi_pinterest.php is showing as an active file in my Editor. The plugin is also active in my plugin listings, but the supporting files (other php, js, css, etc.) are all showing as inactive in the editor and the plugin is not working correctly as a result.

I have not edited the plugin files while the plugin was active. I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it multiples times.

If anyone can shed some light on how to get the plugin files to be active across the board, I’d appreciate it.
