Displaying the search form on a page

Hi instead of having a plugin in my widgetised area I would like to dispaly the search form on a page. Does anyone know the shortcode for that?
Also we have different product lines for different types of shops so how do i make it easy for the customer to say they are only interested in stockists near them that stock this product line?
