Disabling Adsense is a [PRO] feature only available with a valid license. Without a license key you’ll see:

or to disable Google Adsense if you prefer to keep you site free of ads.

With a valid license key you will see something like this:
Your Google Adsense Publisher ID will receive 100% of the impressions.
To disable Google Adsense let the Publisher ID empty.
A license key is mandatory for businesses and commercial sites.
For others the license is optional and unlocks the pro features.

Background: This plugin donation ware before the 1.0.0 release – but unfortunately it turned out that this does not work. The switch to a licensing scheme will help to maintain the code and keep releasing new versions of this plugin.
