OsTicket WP bridge not working

Hi there,
I am using OsTicket WP bridge version 19.2. on my site and now I can’t seem to check the ticket status and I also can’t make a new ticket and in the support ticket section I keep getting that 1 or more e-mail templates are not set, but I have set them all and I got the message that they were saved. What am I doing wrong?
