Permalinks suddenly no longer working

  • Sometime this afternoon, all of my permalinks stopped working. No, I did not change anything. No, my host did not change anything (other weblog works fine).

    Literally between one person doing a comment and another trying, all posts now return 404 when you access individually.

  • Well, WP doesn’t tend to randomly break permalinks without some influence from the server or the users. ??

    Have you tried setting Permalinks back to default, saving, then setting them back to where they currently are?

    Ah, nevermind. I see from your site you got it sorted.

    Yes, and it just happened out of the blue with another weblog.

    And yes, literally out of the blue. No new posts; no changes in the site; no changes in the database.

    If the server had changed, should have broken all my weblogs.

    And the way the code is now, impossible to debug.
