Reload Code for Advanced Ajax Page Loader

This is generally hard to get working because of the on-the-fly js that get’s written into the footer. The playlists and player setups need to be created, the old ones cleared out, and the players re-initialised. This all happens in the footer currently which remains static when pulling in content via ajax.
