Cannot login to my admin panel properly/dashboard quirky

Hi,

Very recently I’ve been having problems logging into or getting my admin page to show properly on all my wordpress sites.

I’ve checked the host side and all is well, as well as my modem etc.

my main site is https://www.jeffsbesthemp.com/wordpress/wp-admin

On occasion I can get into my dashboard, but if I try to do anything, it will stall the page, or show the chrome cannot connect to this page stuff.

Everything else loads ok for all other sites I visit. It’s just my sites, and my admin pages, and it’s very poorly timed.

Any suggestions?
