Theme for uploading only

  • I am working with a university where I need some images uploaded to a sever by various users. (Architecture Students work – hi res images).

    I need a basic theme like the WeTransfer site. Where Students will need to fill in some key details (Name, student number, Course, Module, Description),

    But the module will be in a pull down menu, so it will be uploaded to a specific folder on the server.

    If anyone knows of such a theme please tell me!
