Chat box disappears

    Hi Rosie

    Yes when you log out of wordpress the chat box will disappear in this version. You have to be logged in to wordpress to chat.

    Does the pro version always have the chatbox visible? If not, would it be possible to customize to have the chatbox always visible?

    Yes the chat box can be visible at all times in the Pro add-on.
