Alternative to All In One Events Calendar plugin?

I’ve had major problems with AI1EC slowing down my site significantly, and when I tried to downgrade to a more stable version, I lost all my events. Since I’m going to have to manually reenter them all anyway, I thought this would be a good opportunity to just switch plugins.

I’m looking for a simple events calendar plugin that won’t bog down my site. Any recommendations?
