How to use Alternative Sidebars

  • I need some help figuring out how to use the Alternative Sidebars for Pages.

    Example, on Alternative Sidebar 1, I added a featured image carousel with 4 random pics, set the visibility to Show IF “page” is “Portfolio” and clicked save.

    Instructions say that widget will show in sidebar if post or page is tagged with sidebar1. My question is: How do you tag a page as sidebar1?
