Plugin unable to recreate its data folders/files after site migration

Was using this plugin for a couple of months and it worked good, but I just migrated bunch of sites and plugin stopped working. It turns out that it cannot recreate its own data folders and files. But the solution is old, because as one could know, there is no option to change or check media upload path in new WP versions, it’s done in silent mode. I uploaded new media files and they went where they supposed to go, that means path is OK, but this plugin still cannot recreate it’s own files. Reactivating, saving settings, etc doesn’t help a bit ??
