[Plugin:qtranslate]HELP!! flag suddenly fail to display in dashboard and website

Please help!!

flag of qtranslate suddenly fail to display both in on the left hand side of dashboard and website, i have widget activated to display both text and flag for website, but fail. At the same time, all the thumbnails in dashboard turn into grey as well as shown below:
