scrollbar inside the fancybox?

I was reading through threads and found that removing mousewheel.pack will help to scroll down some contents with higher heights. But the problem is when you do that the background will also scroll with the content. Is there a way to fix this? I can’t find how to put a scrollbar inside the fancybox.
