Meta titles not updating?

Hello,

I’ve been using Yoast SEO on WordPress for a while now, and I recently noticed that my meta titles on Google aren’t updating (but the meta descriptions are). Due to other issues we recently disabled our cache and stepped out of Cloudflare (one or the other was blocking css updates to the site) so I can’t see that the lack of update is an issue at our end.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so how do you rectify it? It’s not super urgent but some of our top hits look unsightly (e.g. ‘DrunkenWerewolf Magazine DrunkenWerewolf’) and it’s also thrawrting our SEO…
