cannot verify manually

my host has disabled curl access, so i have to verify chitika ads manually where it asks me to type the username and password..
i do that still it shows the same message

You can manually verify that you have entered the correct username by logging into the Chitika Publisher Panel and matching the name in the top right of the navigation bar, near support and account.
