WooCommerce update problems

Good afternoon,

Like a lot of people here, I am having multiple problems with the current update. the consumers cant buy, add to cart, etc.. The update also override’s the content a little.
I looked into the system status and the errors are unbelievable, heres an example of some of them.

archive-product.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.0.0,
cart.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.0,
cross-sells.php,
mini-cart.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.0,
shipping-calculator.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.0.8,
cart-errors.php,
form-billing.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.1.2,
form-checkout.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.0.0,
form-coupon.php,
form-login.php version 1.6.4 is out of date. The core version is 2.0.0,
form-pay.php,

Any help would be appreciated.
