• Hi,

I had a WP site at myencinitaschiropractor.com and I had to move the whole site to a different subdomain gohlclinic.com. I’m sure I didn’t do it right, but it’s done and now there are a bunch of URLs showing up as 404 errors that have myencinitaschiropractor.com in them and I don’t know how to get rid of them. There are about eight of them so most of the pages are fine.

How can I get rid of these when they don’t actually exist in the gohlclinic.com directory?

    Thanks so much,

  • Two things: Go under theme and editor and see if there are any static pages or page templates that have been created outside of the normal theme ones. If there is a front-page.php file that’s where you need to change the links or if there is a page-template-blah-blah.php there can be static links placed in there. OR if its from the navigation menu go under your menu options and they may have manually be typed in.
