Blog Page's Text Won't Load Correctly

  • My blog, veganalamode.com, doesn’t always load the text on the page. But if I refresh the page, then it usually pops up. I’ve had friends tell me they have this same issue when loading my blog. I can’t figure out where the error could be that’s causing this issue. Can anyone help me out?

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Haven’t tried that yet. I will give that a shot. But I also forgot to mention that the issue only happens Google Chrome. It loads perfectly on Firefox, IE, and Safari. Does that help diagnose the issue at all?
