Bugsauce CSS loading in admin, not on the site

We are currently using the Bugsauce theme. When I view the gallery in the admin area, it appears correct. However, on the site, the thumbnails are in a bulleted list and the main video is larger than the specified width. In looking at the code, the Bugsauce css is loading in the admin area, but not the site. It used to work properly on the site. I am not sure what would have caused the change.
