group not shows in, post in

    As a user I create a group ‘Kanpur’ when i try to post any picture, video or document through my activity page in ‘Post in’ it does not show group ‘Kanpur'(it shows only My Profile)
    When as a site admin when i create a group and in ‘post in’ i found my created group and i can post my all picture, videos etc.
    Please suggest how our users can post in their group
