Modifying checkout

Contactdetails are directly under checkout. I would like to let the customers fill in their contactdetails on the next page. So I would like to add a proceed to check out button like this theme ( I have the same theme) https://demo.colorlabsproject.com/?theme=opulence-woocommerce
So first you have a overview of the products you have ordered. Second you push the proceed to checkout button. And at last you enter your contact details and the payment.
Please tell me how I can edit my CSS files to make this happen.
