support ticket notification for theme authors

  • Hi,

    i would like to know is there any way for getting notification (via email) when someone submit a support query for the themes you made?

    or is there any plans to do it?

    yeah, i saw that option, but i would love to get it via email (like how we get emails when we opted to get notify for our support queries).

    btw, do you know any simple way/tool to get feed updates via email?
