Site is not updating changes

I have updated the logo and have set to only show the logo with no text and needed to remove a social media button. The changes show when I am logged in as an Admin, but when I log out the changes are not made. I have clear caches, history, etc… and nothing. When I log back in and view as an Admin it’s perfect.

Please assist as my client is getting quite confused as to why I keep telling him the changes are made but when he looks nothing is changed.
