Duplicate title tags & meta descriptions

    Days ago, I updated the plugin to version 4.x in my WordPress blog and it created a new sitemap url. Then I downgraded it to v3.3.x and I found that there are duplicate title tags & meta descriptions in Google Webmaster Tools, that:

    /
    /?xml_sitemap=params=;html=true
    /index.php?xml_sitemap=params=;html=true

    These urls were created after upgraded to V4.x and I’m now using the old sitemap url. So I’m here to ask how can I remove or blacklist them from google bot?
