    Hi guys. I recently took over support of a clients website that uses jigoshop and the premium shipping plugin.
    I’m sorry if this isn’t the right pace to ask support questions, but I can’t find anywhere else to post on the subject – Maybe a user can help me if not?
    OK – I’ve got a shipping rule set up that uses ‘Specific Products’. This is working fine for those specific products, and applies the rule.

    For items not listed under Specific Products, the rule isn’t applied, as you would expect.

    The problem is when you have 1 product in the list and one one that is not – This shipping rule then gets applied for both products.

    This is an issue for me as the shipping rule should only apply to the items I list – but customers still benefit from the shipping rule for other items when they shouldn’t be able to.

    My versions in use:
    Premium Shipping for Jigoshop: 1.3.1
    Jigoshop Version: 1.8.4
    WordPress Version: 3.8.2

    We will investigate and upgrade this plugin in ~week.

    Same issue. Along with another issue that using the Premium shipping plug-in that you pay quite a bit for does not work in regards to flat rate shipping. I’ve made rules for all of my products… like making most of them flat rate… and it does not work. Jigoshop support is non-existent even if you pay for it. Hopefully the WordPress people can do some damage control and turn it around. Currently I wouldn’t recommend Jigoshop to my enemies.

    There is known issue with premium shipping that we are upgrading currently. We have test version already – if you’d like to check if it solves your issue before it’s released – let us know via [email protected]

    HI OptArt, Thanks for your help here. Is this the same issue that I reported that has been fixed?

    If so, When will be new version be available?
    I’ve taken over support of the website for my client, and the previous developer has a licence for the plugin, so I will have to liaise with him fro the updated version. If you can let me know when it is available via jigoshop, and how I go about getting the latest version. thanks.

    I’ve written letters through the contact form on Jigoshop site. But have no answer.

    I want all the rules works for all orders, without checking state codes, countries and so on. This is because I use Custom checkout fields plug in and i have only Name and Email fields. Without fields Country or Postal Code – all Prem.shipping rules don’t work (they are invisible).

    I’ve been in touch with the developer that purchased the licence for jigoshop – He’s logged into his account but the download for jigoshop premium shipping is still the old version of v 1.3.1.

    How exactly do we go about getting the updated version?

    I can email support with the original email address and licence key if required. If you could point me in the right direction, that would be really helpful.

    if you download the file – is it same one? it seems we have temporary issue with version that is shown on website but it should point to the right file.

    Thanks. Tell me, how long will it take to solve my problem with orders based only on Name and Email fields?

    Hi,

    Sorry been away form this issue for a while.
    I received the supposedly new updated plugin from my dev today – he downloaded it just now. save version listed and still does NOT work.

    Are we any closer to getting this fixed? can you point me where to look at the code for this – I want to have ago at fixing this myself.
