I can't access my wp admin dashboard and can't login on homepage

i’ve been having this problem since yesterday i cannot log into my wp admin dashboard and logged out of my homepage now i can’t log into my homepage this is very FRUSTRATING i didn’t even add any new plugins for this to act this way just came out of the blue now my website is pretty much useless cause i can’t do anything on it from frontend to backend this is ridiculous is anybody having the same problem? I need to fix this as soon as possible.
