Admin gets very slow with Object Cache (WinCache) enabled

The pages on the site is flying and is very responsive but the admin-ui get really slow when Object Cache is enabled.
Why is that, is there anything that can be resolved? Or is this an issue with WordPress and how it handles transients?
We are using IIS7.5 with WinCache, enabled.
