• So I made a big mistake. I was trying to move my blog to my homepage. Before and currently I had a landing page at https://www.natebal.com. Well I went to change it in the admin panel and it threw off my template entirely. Check the link below.

Have I completely screwed myself? I have a backup of the site. I’m not sure how current it is, but I do have a relatively recent backup. It appears that my site is now looking for files in the wrong directory…I think.. but I’m not sure.

    Anybody?

  • To fix your oopsie, have a look at: https://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/

Then, once recovered, check out Moving_WordPress.

Hopefully those two links oughta get your squared away.

I’m using cpanel and I do have access to my MySql databases, but myphp admin is not set up. I can see my databases through the cpanel, but I don’t seem to have the access pointed out in the link you posted. I’m still looking, but is there any other way to fix this?
