    Hello, I am having problems with premium plugins from visser.com/au since 18-12-14 and posted a request. They initially started great by replying on the same day. Unfortunately that was it. No follow-up was made on the issue. I am three weeks further, more than $100 porer, and still no import/export work could be done with their plugins.

    Hopefully this post will trigger them to give support on my request.

    I’m with ya man, I gave up up on Visser – and i had alot of extra paid work i was going to give them as well to customize some stuff. Customer service is terrible.

    and I DID email you Michael, several months ago with new work and issues. and I never got a reply back. So i gave up. You should not be selling stuff you are not going to stay on top of programming wise.
