Move WordPress site from one host to another

  • Our current web site is a Dreamweaver supported site . My friend redesigned
    The site using WordPress that is located on another hosting USP .
    I want to move it to my original USP and replace my current site.
    How do I move the new WordPress site from its current host to another
    USP host??
