Footer Putter not sticking to Bottom

Thank you for developing this plug in, it is very nice and easy to use. The problem I am having is with the footer putter not sticking to the bottom of the page on non-home pages:
The site is currently locally hosted so I cannot give you a link, however here is the style.css
