I just updated to WordPress 3.9 and PixGridder Pro no longer functions correctly. My information still shows and is available in the preview window, but I am unable to make any edits or see any of my info in the builder window. In order for me to make update I need to be able to access my info in the builder. Is there an update scheduled to be released soon to fix this problem?

  • I get the same issue – it was just fine before this update. Now the ‘Builder’ tab does not work and there is no way to edit the content.

Same here – I can’t edit or add anything to pages until this is fixed. I wonder, will deactivating until they figure out a resolution screw up all previously created pages? I don’t really want to try & find out.

Same here. I get to the Edit window but can’t place the cursor, none of the tabs respond, none of the editing tools respond. Tried turning off all other plugins but it didn’t help.

Previously constructed pages still work, but the Pix window doesn’t show the grids so they can’t be modified.

Deactivating the plugin causes all grid blocks to stack vertically and centered, so a 1×3 (row x column) grid becomes a 3×1. Returns to 1×3 when the plugin is reactivated.

I wouldn’t deactivate the plugin, might mess up your pages.

If you’re not using the PixGridder, just disable it on your page (scroll down, you’ll see the checkbox option) and then you can edit the content.

Hope they do fix it ASAP!

Working on it, sorry, I’m releasing a major update for PixGridder Pro and the fix for PixGridder free, I think to fix in a few hours, before the weekend without any doubt :-S

Sorry for the issues. Manuel ??

Just released PixGridder 2.0.0, please let me know and accept my apologies for the delay.

    Manuel ??

Hey – No change appears to be made –
I’m still showing issues with both trying to modify a page/post, and creating a new one.
It’s showing PixGridder 2.0.0 at the top, which is a good! But then the builder tab screen is still blank. It shows “Editor Not Found. Retry” below that.

Please, empty the cache of the browser: sometimes the JS files are cached for a very long time. Then let me know ??

Still nothing. Same problem. Anybody else experiencing the same thing? I’ve deleted all history and cached images/files.
This is on both Internet Explorer and well as Chrome. It can’t find the editor.

Please, take a look at the console of the browser and let me know if you read any read message: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/1fza7/4d5o?size=o

BTW: that is my demo site, the plugin is exactly the same you can find on the WP repository too and, as you can see, there’s no red error on the console… however I’ll check again, I promise.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.immersiontraveling.com/wp-content/plugins/easy-photo-album/js/tinymce/pluginmin.js
*Does this mean the plugin “Easy Photo Album” is causing the crash? They have not yet come out with an update since WP3.9

Just checked and I’m afraid you’re right: I installed Easy Photo Album and tried to deactivate PixGridder, but the error persists and the editor is unavailable. Please, check you too and let me know, so I can confirm the issue depends on EasyPhotoAlbum and not PixGridder.

    Manuel ??

Yep – That is the issue. PixGridder is working fine now. It’s Easy Photo Album that is the issue. Thanks for the help. Off to working on the next solution! thanks again

I also tried to contact the author of Easy Photo Album to better check ?? However thank you!

For the moment I mark as resolved.
