    Hi b8europe,
    It’s mainly because the information provided isn’t correct. Have you enter your domain URL correctly on Centrora Panel?
    Note:
    – did you include ‘www.’ if you have ‘www.’ on your doamin url?
    – check if your domain url is ‘http’ or ‘https’?
    – Is your username entered correctly?
    – everytime you try to add a website, the private key is different, even the URL is the same.

    I noticed that my colleague has fixed the issue for you. Its caused by the protocol problem http/https. We have fixed this issue for you, you can now enjoy using Centrora Panel to manage your websites.

    Please do let us know, if you still experience any problem.

    Hi Guys,

    – no www included on the domain URL
    – domain url is http
    – username is correct and is able to login traditionally (userbname/passwd)

    Deleted the domain from Centrora pannel, Added it again, reinitialized the certificate.

    Still I get the loging failure.

    I tested adding the demo website you have sent to my email box: https://pl**.dyn**-web.com, and I can login successfully, may I know if this is the website you tested adding into the panel? If not, could you please send the website you would like to add to my email account? I will generate a private key to you later and see where goes wrong.

    Was a bit to fast. I got to login once (on two production sites) and was able to configure the firewall. Even able to scan a site. When i tried to review the scan report I got a login error. Tried to reset the certificate. Nothing. I’m also using infite WP to remote manage the site> Loged in and out several timse like you showed on the screen-caps in the PM. No result. What am I missing/overlooking?
